Purchase:
By purchasing any products offered by On Call you are acknowledging that you:
- are purchasing the zine for personal use only and not commercial use
- are over the age of 18
- understand that this is a pre-order item, which means the final product is not yet in hand, and that shipping will not begin until after the pre-order period has ended.
Customs and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Buyers acknowledge that On Call organizers are not liable for any delays due to customs.
Shipping and Packaging:
PDF and Digital Merch Downloads:
- A link to the PDF and digital merch will be emailed to the email address provided with the order AFTER all the physical orders have been shipped, so that all customers may receive their purchased items at around the same time
- Emails will come from [email protected]
- The PDF and digital merch are for personal use only and not for distribution
Physical Items:
- Physical merch will be inserted in bubble mailers with cardboard backing to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition
- Flat merch (stickers and prints) will be inserted within an envelope and placed against backing for protection
- 3D merch (charms, buttons, standee) will be sealed in original packaging and safely packaged within bubble mailer.
- All packages will have a “Fragile: Handle with care” or “Fragile: Do not bend” sticker applied so the mail carrier doesn’t shove or bend the merch while putting packages in mailboxes.
- All products will be shipped from the US.
- Due to uncertainties with carriers we cannot guarantee delivery dates, but you will receive an email containing tracking information once your package has been shipped
Any production and shipping updates will be posted on the On Call Twitter, Bluesky, and Tumblr accounts.
Replacements and Refunds:
On Call will be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to organizer negligence in labeling the package (e.g. address on label does not match address on order)
- Orders that are damaged or incorrect due to organizer negligence in packaging (e.g. package contents do not match order number, insufficient packaging)
On Call will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding:
- Orders that are lost due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses
- Orders that are shipped to an old address without a change notice from the buyer. Prior to shipping, we will conduct a final address check through the email you made your purchase with.
- Orders that are damaged during shipment or through shipping company negligence and mishandling (e.g. packages bent to fit in mailboxes, left out in the rain by carriers, other external damage to the packaging resulting in damages to the contents)
Because On Call is a pre-order zine, we cannot guarantee replacement packages. Stock level is limited as we produce items based on our pre-order sales. If your order is eligible for a replacement, we may offer a partial to full refund in lieu, on a case-by-case basis.
On Call organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or refund orders should buyers violate any of these terms and conditions.
